Meet Shekhar Attri

Col Shekhar Attri, SM (Retd), is a former Indian Army Special Forces officer with 21 years of experience leading young soldiers in high-risk environments. Special Forces life gave him a front-row seat to human behaviour under pressure; how people stay motivated, collaborate as teams, and grow as leaders when the stakes are highest. After transitioning to corporate life, he now heads security for an MNC in India, working closely with Gen Z employees across sites, offices and tech centres. A seasoned trainer, speaker and motovlogger, he combines combat-tested leadership with a deep curiosity about how the next generation thinks, works and rebels.
